I have Dish Network now and am having trouble with the trees blocking the signal. There are just too many trees in my yard to get a clear signal anymore. I used to have cable, but had some bad experiences with them. A couple of years ago they laid the fiber optic cable in out area. I've been thinking of switching to U-Verse TV and internet. Does anyone have experience with it? Good, bad, what outdoor channels are available?
U Verse is what I wanted in the new house, but dem pricks don't offer it in that area. So I wish I could give you more info, but alas, I cannot.
Don't know about U-Verse, but my son has QWEST telephone, internet and tv (similar to U-Verse) and loves it.
I have U-Verse and I've been very happy with it. Combined billing is nice, Internet is plenty fast, and TV is reliable with a good channel selection. All in all I'd take it over a dish any day. I get Outdoor Channel in HD and the Sportsman's Channel as well. Hopefully they pick up Pursuit at some point in time. Oh, and Versus too for when I want to catch a glimpse of me and the dukester on the Campbell Outdoor Challenge. :D
