Hey - you did better than me. I had one camera with dead batteries (zero pics), another camera that's been acting up and is finally just dead (zero pics) and another camera stolen. Needless to say it wasn't a very productive morning for checking cameras. And don't worry - the big boys will show up eventually! Around about October 20th you'll starting seeing them more regularly.
Sorry to her about the bad camera checks and stolen camera Justin. Deer are changing their patterns right now so hold tight because things should start to settle in soon.
I'd be happy to have pics like those right now. Compared to the pics I've been getting all summer, these last few weeks pics have been pretty crappy. A LOT of does, and a little buck now and then.
yeah i have yet to get a picture of a buck that really gets me going.. all i have to go off of is where ive had success in the past and hope for the best. Im hoping a buck worth shooting starts showing up on camera or its gonna be pretty hard to wake up some mornings.
My cams also went dry,but two new cams on mock scrapes got great action but only at night. got 100 ac of corn out friday before the rain so thats one less spot they wont hide i guess, ran the combine in high gear so there lots of leftovers for the deer not by choice but rain chased us out of the fields. out of 13 cams almost all were shut out or just a handfull of pics.Lots of people out scouting so i am sure it didn't help
