What a great year to be part of BHC. Preacher scores a buck Buckeye scores a buck with a lot of histroy The King lives up to his title Txjourneyman teaches us about sacerfice with his family, and then shows us what real ethics are all about. TJF shoots a brute Silver shoots a brute in Kansas. I know I missed others success this season, if I did congrats to you.
MGH_PA misses his buck of a lifetime...oh wait, we're talking positive things here Definitely a great season for a lot of people on here! Congrats to everyone.
This site and the other site when all of you that are on here were there ... have COMPLETELY changed my hunting ... I love this place!
Congrats to all here. This is a amazing group to be a part of. Everyone is willing to help eachother out and offer up great advice. People are also not flamed on for making a mistake and somehow we are still able to weed out the idiots and keep the good guys. Thanks to everyone for their kind words this year and all the help through the last couple years.
I think what it all comes down to is, how most of us if not all of us have been not only disciplined in some way growing up but we learn to help others out, just how we might have been helped out in the outdoors. My grandfather and dad taught me about respect and appreciation of hunting someones land. Treat it as if it were yours, always help other hunters out if it came down to it. Thats what this website offers, help to newbies and even veterans sometimes, everyone can learn something new at any given day. Bowhunting.com builds great friendships as well, I have met so many new friends on here who I wish I would have met years ago! I'm already looking forward to the 2011 G2G, it's nice to see everyone and have a great time!
x3 For example I set up in a spot I never would have hunted years ago yesterday afternoon. The winds were crazy and I was sick as a dog. I kept telling myself to hold tight. Sure enough after five hours of hunting a cool 2.5 year old six point walked right through my set-up like he knew the script. He came directly under my treestand and pawed at all the snot I had shot off from 20 feet high. This place has truly helped me become a much better hunter. Thanks guys so much.
