Realtor showed my place this afternoon. After the client left she waited until I got home to talk to me. Said the client is a bank manager and wants this place for a weekend get away. When I asked how much of the land he wanted, either the 20 or 34 acre layouts, she said he wanted all 51. I told her the other 17 was not for sale. She replied that if the money was right, I'd take it. I then came back with "It would have to be over $300K". She giggled and said that would be no problem. I am supposed to hear back by Monday.
