I haven't been seeing much myself.

Decided tonight to set up with Ben to film a possible doe kill. Does showed but late, too late for the camera so we decided to get down. We saw 6.

With all the road hunting muzzle loaders around here... the deer move right before dark and it isn't the big boys. I will be glad when ML season is over ( Sunday night ). I've yet to see one of them actually hunt with 99.9 % of them just road hunting. I've yet to figure out how that is hunting. :(

In the mornings the deer are racing back to their bedding area right at light on account of the road hunting. We have way too many roads and the road huntiers have made a few new ones as well. Another day and a half of cussing them out while I freeze on stand... then I will freeze in peace. I am so looking forward to it !!!!!!!

I love late season. Concentrate on food sources and evening hunts.

Saw 7 doe's and fawns tonight, 3 of the 7 were less then 15 yards. It was tempting to let an arrow fly and kill something that's for sure but I got some time yet.
