I just found out today that I may have fly to San Fransisco November 1 to November 8 for training for work. Right smack dab in the middle of the PA rut!

I may not have to go though, but the training would be a good idea. Man I hate these types of decisions.

I feel worse for you that you have to go to san fransicko more than missing part of the rut. The place is disgusting.

Yeah, I've been thinking up all kinds of scenerio's to get out of it. But, going to this thing really will be beneficial. For those that don't know, I'm a web developer. There is a big conference that draws people doing what I do from all over the world. This year, it happens to be in San Francisco.

I agree with what some said. I am grateful and very lucky to have a good, stable job like I do. Guess I'll be sucking it up and going.

muzzyman, that certainly is a tough one. Hopefully, you can have your cake and eat it too. Meaning, get 'er done in October and then advance your career in November. Good luck.

Dawg, when are you off again? I'm off the last week of Oct and the whole month of Nov.
