    That's awesome man! My best friend didn't enlist in the Marine Corps until after we graduated college and we were 22. Best of luck to you and I will do my best to keep the deer population in check!

    Congrats..! That IS awesome..! I have a son who is a Marine currently stationed in Okinawa. One of my proudest moments as a parent was attending his graduation from boot camp.

    Good luck man, was probably best decision I made coming out of hs. I wouldn't worry bout the age thing when I went we had a guy that was almost 30. Like slugger said that will only help you in being put in a leadship position and the DI's will most likely expect it out of you since most the others guys will be younger.

    Good luck and enjoy the experience, you'll make better friends there than you've had your whole life. I'm still a lot closer to the guys I was in with then the ones I grew up with even with getting out in 2007.
