Can't go wrong with a shoulder or a loin. How did it turn out?

I bought an original Bradley about 5 years ago. Works great. Bought an auber dual probe PID for it. Let's me control the temp of the box digitally and program different cycles and temps as well as smoke times.

I'd reccomend heading to their forums, a lot of information and knowledge along with some good recipes.

The shoulder, chicken hind quarters, and 2nd shoulder I did on it were all incredible. Used the 2nd one for pulled pork tacos. Fantastic.
