Have you tried running your anti-virus in safe mode? I did a quick google search, but couldn't find too much other than background information on the viruse. I would try booting into safe mode, running your anti-virus, restart, and see if it works. If not, try booting and hit F8 during startup, which SHOULD bring up your boot selection menu. Choose "Boot using last know good configuration." If both of those don't work, use the program called "Hijack This" http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ It will generate a report of all system/registry files on your computer, and then you can publish them on a forum like Techsupport.com to give your report to experts who will be able to spot the malicious files and tell you how to remove them.
