At 6'5, right around 230 is a solid weight for me. I'm in a bulking stage right now so I'm at 242 but always trim back down to my ideal weight during the summer. My goal is to be 230 going into the season but with the fall holidays it's tougher than it sounds.
My busted up knees would apperciate if I lost about 40 lbs. I would be happy at 6"1" to weigh around the 205 mark instead of the 245 I do now. Tim
I am 6'2" and weigh 275....I would love to get down to a fit 225...It will not happen by the end of summer though...I don't have that much self control lol....
