How much weight you plan on losing or how much would you like to lose by summers end? Currently I'm at 204 by my 50th birthday July 4 I would like to be at 195-190lb.
I want to lose 50, but don't see it happening any time soon. My metabolism really slowed down and then I quit smoking. Gained 70 and lost 20 of it back.
Im right there with you! I quit smoking and gained like 70 which put me over 300 and i have lost about 15-20 and I would like to loose at least another 50.
Im currently 208 @ 5'-10" with a 34" waist. I usually try for about 198 for the summer. My wife dont like me much under that anyway! EDIT,,Im 46 until July!
Currently at 162.. was at 150-152 last year during elk season in my "backcountry" shape. Plan to be there after a few bear hunting trips thins spring

I want to lose about 30#. I'm currently 6' and 285# and the midsection is pushing 42", though my jeans are all 38" or 40". I'm hoping to get back down to a solid 38" waist by May
Ive lost around 15 since Christmas and starting trail running, so im happy and feel good around 185 @ 5'11"
I'm 6', 235 pounds. By the end of the summer, I will most likely be down to 210-215. Happens every summer. Working 12-13 hour days in 100 degree weather, eating grilled chicken salads for lunch everyday will do that to a guy.
I busted up my leg pretty bad In our spring camp. put me in a wheelchair for almost all of the summer. I was eating about 5 thousand calories a day and not gaining a single pound. once I was in the chair and my eating habit was over double what it was suppose to be I went from 228 to 3 bills by summers end. Was out for the entire football season so any motivation I had was gone.. Now that the heat is coming and I want to start applying for Reserves and some community service officer positions, My motivation is back at an all time high. I would like to be back down in the 220's by mid summer. I slowly cut down to about 1500 calories a day and have been doing the P90x DVD's, tomorrow with by me fourth day. Those DVD's will kill you and I recommend them to anyone who can carve out an hour a day for them. I can already tell that 90 days of this will be killer!
