Today was a very good day! 60 degrees, and I was on the grill. Beer brats, pork burgers, and omnipollo fatamorgana

For the record I boiled the brats in milwaukees best pre-grill... It's the only circumstance that particular beer is allowed in our home.

That looks amazing. I am so ready for some 60's and grilling. I will probably boil my brats in Busch Signature Copper Lager. Its even cheaper than the Beast. If I have any left over, I will use it to water the flowers. Sorry Siman.

Normally I do too, but this winter has been so miserable that I think it has broken my spirit. I need 60's!! The older I get, the more of a wuss I become.

Tried my first from 2nd shift brewery out of St. Louis tonight. "Albino Pygmy puma" I'm not sure what in the world the name means, but it was a good pale.

    Starting off today with

Very smooth creamy stout. Like a guiness but 100x better. I give it a 4 out of 5

I LOVE that stuff. I had the joy of drinking it fresh out of the nitro tap at the brewery in January. I have to drive about 1.5 hours to Missouri to get it and have about three cases of it on hand. My "go-to" beer right now.

    Fletch,

It's a decent IPA... 3.7-3.9 IMO it's more of a mild bitter IPA not very citrusy

Cool. Thanks. I am so fracking jealous that you are drinking good beer while I work. Good for you!

As far as the difference in IPA's.....it kind of just depends on my mood at the time. Sometimes I like the more citrus style and sometimes I like the bitter or piney flavors. Its all good....

They are a decent low end brewery. I visited the brewery last summer they do a good brewery tour. They make a lot of Belgian style beers
