Looks like green beer is on the menu this weekend. Tomorrow I'll be taking a tour of the Blue Point Brewery in Long Island prior to any festivities of the Irish sort.
Anderson Valley Boont Amber Ale Magic Hat Circus Boy Boulevard Single Wide IPA Green Flash West Coast IPA Delirium Tremens Westbrook White Thai Tried these 6 two nights ago....none of them were bad per se, but none stuck out. The boulevard was probably the best.
I have the kids alone this weekend AGAIN. Wife is going away with her girlfriend. Considering our two year old is literally a monster right now there won't be much beer consumption for me this weekend. Hook are you paying attention? This is your future!
No we had meatloaf and I was in bed at 9pm. And yes, I plan on reaping the rewards come fall with some A.I.S. time.
Weather was too nice today to be working in an office, so I took off to work in the yard. Currently drinking an Abita Strawberry. A bit too sweet for me, but it's refreshing while sweating in the 78 degree weather while expanding the garden.
That looks interesting. Im uneducated when it comes to beers. All anyone drinks here is cheap keystone that i dont even touch it. I guess you have to get the most for your money in college.
Abita Strawberry is only bought to satisfy chicks when they come over during the summer. Fact. Disappointed in Hook, even if it is a tasty beer haha. I can't imagine drinking more than 2 of those in a sitting though.
I...don't...even... Gardening...Strawberry Beers... You ever think about planting some hop vines along/above the fense?
Yeah I can't drink too many of them. Just too sweet. They are refreshing though. I usually only buy a 6er when they first release just because.
Don't hate on gardening, you can hate on the beer because I hate on it too, but don't hate on gardening. And yeah, I plan on adding hop trellises at some point. Maybe next year if I can get my homebrew gear set-up.
this weekend SWMBO and I will be watching her niece (15 months old) and our son (3 months old). Beer will be lacking during the day, but I suspect we may be abusing some Holy Mackerel Mack In Black once the niece goes home
