    I'm not too qualified to comment on using beer to cook - not much of a cook myself. I will tell you that it's not a good idea to use beer with grapefruit in a roast in a slow cooker, my wife tried that and the result was not good. My fault since she asked me to bring her a beer and that's what I brought since I didn't like the taste of it.

    New Glarus released the strawberry rhubarb recently again. I was able to pick some up this time. It might be my favorite beer they brew. IMG_1009.JPG
