    I must be. I enjoy cheap beer more than all of the other rare and exotic beer in this thread. I consider Fat Tire to be exotic beer. LOL

    Brad you are using the dog style to boil the brats in right? Actually if the beer is real cold after 3 or 4 it doesn't matter.:lol:

    Actually, I've learned over the years the best way to make brats is to remove from package and grill. Then eat. The boiling just dries them out more IMO.

    Too many people grill the crap out of brats, they cook them till the casing is ruptured and dripping fat that causes the grill to flare up and blacken the brats. When you boil in beer the meat is cooked when you pull them out of the beer, you just brown them a little after the boil. If the casing is ruptured in the cooking process you over cooked them.
