Visited the prohibition pig yesterday. Drank plenty of hill farmstead, alchemist, and Lawson's. Ate a ridiculous oyster po boy, and came home with some goodies from the craft beer cellar. It's got one of the best selections I've ever seen anywhere. It amazes me its in the middle of nowhere Vermont.

Scored a fresh Crowler of some pro pig bantam DIPA, and some Lawson's super session. This is one of my favorite day trips of all time for world class beer and food.

Oh, and focal banger from the alchemist is getting better everytime I drink it. Rumor has it the recipe is getting dialed in for the opening of the new alchemist taproom. Plans are to have heady topper and focal banger available there at all times for retail. The current brew house will be used for other batches like luscious, crusher, and petite mutant. I can't wait for it to open this spring.

The po boy was almost as good as the beer Tom! Fresh gulf oysters, panko breading, homemade crusty bread, spicy sauce. If only they had a spot to nap after you eat haha!

I drank mine last year, it'll get you drunk! Goes down way too smooth for its ABV

Sour beers will change your life! They've got a variant of that called the kimme, yink, and holy gose. Delicious! Cheers

Here is the other sour I got, not bad! But I think I like the Blood orange Gose the best so far

Collaboration maple barley wine with Lawson's finest liquids and otter creek brewing. Still running a little hot at 6 months old, but delicious. I'm excited to see what the other three bottles do over the coming years.

Perfect beer for a day when the low temp was -35 and a high of 0!!!!
