    New Wicked Weed brew while the chili is simmering. Glad I only got one bottle. If you like gin I'm sure you'd like it but it isn't my favorite.

    bottled our dry hopped blackberry wit and coriander and tangerine spiced black saison last night

    ...still no idea how they are going to turn out.

    sampled the wit and it was...well I didn't gag :lol:

    the saison actually wasn't bad

    hopefully carbonation helps both of them a bit

    Harvest Ale is my favorite wet hop ale. Wasn't able to get any this year as all the deliveries happened while I was stuck at work and it's pretty limited in NC. Tonight I had a 2013 Warlock which was just okay and a crown valley imp pumpkin stout.
