No...I'll be in Houston. Jester King is in Austin.

I'm planning a Jester King trip in the spring though.

Not bad. I would let it sit for a while. Let it mellow out.

It was all I had on hand last night that I didn't mind drinking. Building up a stout & barley wine collection for the fall/winter

I'm waiting on Flying dog fear to be released. By far one of my most favorite pumpkin beers. My mom picked me up some CCB - MZ last week. She's waiting on CCB - good gourd to be released before she sends it to me.

So what are your guys pumpkin beer wants for tho year?

Besides the CCB - Good Gourd and Flying Dog - Fear. I'll pick up some Brooklyn brewery Post road and the hardywood brewery pumpkin brews.

Anything else to be on the look out for?

I'd try to get some Schlafly Pumpkin Ale as well. I just sent a couple messages out on BA to people in FL that I've done trades with to try and get some '14 Good Gourd. I have the 2013 that I obtained a couple months ago. I also asked about Good Gourd Almighty but I doubt I'll end up getting that. I don't know how prevalent Alewerks is in your area but they have a decent rated pumpkin beer as well. Don't wanna forget about DFH Punkin' either and I don't think it gets bottled or canned but I'll probably give NoDa's Gordgeous a try as well. Also Heavy Seas The Greater Pumpkin

I'm going to try and get my hands on either Cascade Pumpkin Smash or Almanac Dark Pumpkin Sour

A couple months ago with Cascade you used to be able to buy off of their website but it looks like they've taken that down due to legality issues. I doubt that will get distributed here like some of their main offerings but if it does I'll let you know.

The almanac dark pumpkin sour is on my watch list for the napa trip. If I find any I'll try to get two. I love their beers!

Had some Jaw-Jacker from Arcadia Ales the past few days and I love it. Has a really strong Spice taste to it but still hints pumpkin.

Yeah schlalfy is alway a good choice. Aleworks is pretty common here might have to grab a bottle or 2. Haven't seen the heavy seas yet will be on the look out for that. I'm glad I grabbed 2 bottles of warlock. Stores are all sold out now.

If you go to the store pick up a 6er of Oatmeal stout as well and do a hybrid beer with about half pumpkin and half oatmeal stout. It's pretty tasty!

Dang!!! Schafly pumpkin is sold out, there'll be more coming tho! Tons of warlock and pumpking left, but I went an alternate route today. The prairie beer that saved Christmas is one of my favs from them! And the trappistes 10 according to fletch is incredible. They had the 10, 8, and 6. Unfortunately they were all in the cooler not on the shelf....

Never had it and I'm holding off another month or so before hitting any pumpkin beers. Just talking about the season got me excited for it though so I decided I'd start stockpiling a bit for fall time haha
