You're jumping right into all grain huh? It's rare that people skip extract brewing and dive into all grain. Not that there's anything wrong with doing it but doing a few extract brews first is a good way to get your feet wet first. But since you have buddies that brew you should definitely sit in on one of their brewing sessions and learn as much as you can. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I picked these up today. Glad I had the day off as this is the only beer that Wicked Weed has bottled that I hadn't been able to get yet.
I don't live close per se, I'm about 3 hrs away from Asheville. Just lucky to be close enough to get their distribution in the triangle. Let me know when you want me to ship your lot out, right now it's sitting in a dark closet. I'm kinda nervous to send it all in one box haha.
I'll let you know. My buddy is coming back from San Fran this week. I'll let you know when I can put your box together. You definitely have some Pliny coming your way.
I will be having dinner at 3-Floyds tomorrow. Oh, and buying a few beers! But I gotta tell you, I think I am more excited to see my son and move him home from college for the summer. It will definitely make for a great trip.
Got these in the mail today. Will ship your heady when I get back to WV Brandon. Along with the lunch for you Jeff. Hop drop and roll arrived today. Damn quick! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah that's kinda why I've decided to do all grain from the beginning. All the guys I've brewed with started as extract or partial mash brewers and 100% of them in retrospect would have started all grain. It's taking me a bit more time to get setup, but in the end I think will be worth it.
