This one is really nice, reminds me a lot of deschutes fresh squeezed. It's one of the best smelling beers I've had in a while.

This last one is Chaka from Oskar blues. It's a Belgian style and a good one at that!

Stopped in Oklahoma City on the way home from Texas and made my way to tapwerks. It's a beer geeks heaven. I'd been in years past, but my pallet has matured and I got some great beer this afternoon. I tried prairie bomb which was everything it's hyped up to be, but the beer that stole the show was Branson jamboree by prairie. It's a rum barrel aged double stout, WOW. Possibly the best beer I've ever had. According to untappd I was the 22nd person to try the jamboree and according to our bartender that's the only keg that okc will get. Talk about great timing!

The food was great too. I had a half pound burger topped with pulled pork, bacon, carmelized onion, and fried pickles.

Haha it was a glorious day. Definitely a top 5 experience in my beer nerd journey. Do you get any prairie where you live? Perhaps a trade could be arranged

My trip to Texas was not only to see friends and eat good food/drink good beer....I needed a beer fridge! BAD! Our old one died, and my wife started getting grumpy when there was no room for milk, eggs, or butter because of all the beer in our main fridge.

Conveniently enough, a friend of ours was remodeling their kitchen in Amarillo and got a new fridge. So we got their old one. It's a kenmore elite 24 cu ft stainless steel fridge only, no freezer=more room for beer. It's looking good so far.

Top shelf is bottles, second is cans/pounders, third is bombers, and bottom will be used for cases, growlers, and for boulevard smokestack series beers since they are about 50 inches tall and won't fit a shelf haha

It sure does hit the spot.

Only 1 case of Clown shoes billionaire is hitting Richmond tomorrow. Thankfully I know where and what time :) same place I'm getting my jai alai tomorrow.

You don't have to lie to us hooker. We know your wife has put her foot down on your beer hobby purchasing!

Just procured another 3 each of Bomb and Bible Belt from prairie. Anyone with access to some exclusive brews looking to do a small trade? I don't really wanna ship a lot since it sketches me out sending all that beer, but perhaps 3-4 bottles?

I'm really after heady topper and zombie dust, but can appreciate all things delicious.
