I shot a practice round today, first I've shot since my official round last week. I started off OK, but fell apart in the middle. Ended with a 277 -5x. I'm hoping that my skills are actually in the min 280 range like last week, but since this is my second week of league shooting ever, I don't really know. I was however just a sliver away from recording my first 30-3x! but I'll take any 30 I can get! For some reason I was shooting with my glasses today instead of my contacts, so that could be part of the problem too. I'll probably shoot my official round Sunday afternoon(with contacts). Since we have 4 cabins full with guests this weekend, I don't think I'll get to it before then.
Practice? What's that? I shot three arrows before I started. Does that count? Seriously, I've been workin two jobs and have zero time to shoot through the week. I'm sure I'd be more steady if I was shooting nearly every day. But to be in the 280's is just a dream for me. I doubt I'll ever shoot that good at spots.
