Can someone please help me identify this ground-cover weed and perhaps how to get rid of it? Gly is not working.

Whenever I'm trying to identify weed I just ask anyone wearing Tie-Dyed or listening to the Dead

Not so sure, I get the same weed around my lawn on the wood edge side of the lawn. It never gets beyond creeping hight and I have not seen flowers. Round up lawn, will not kill it, 2,4-D Amine 4 just makes it a little sick. Quinclorac 75F Select will kill it, don't ask me why. This is in Central Minnesota similar climate as the OP's weed.

I have also confused that weed with creeping Charlie, the leaves are not as serrated and single root structure below the soil.

Pasture pro works as well to take it out, will not harm food plots, safe to graze in hours.
