Being that is is going to be in the 60's in early November I am thinking movement may be more concentrated to early mornings when it is cooler. What do you think? Is this too warm for the bucks to run all day?
We are looking at 74 for Sat and Sun here. I think I'll leave the Tinks 69 at home and use the SPF 30 instead.
all is know is that it sucks!!!!!!!! gonna sit as best as i can tonight... good luck to you guys! im sure the gnats will be out =-(
I think Saturday morning will be good as it will still be a bit cold from the overnight. 60 ain't as bad as it could be.
Hey now... you guys chill out, UNLESS YOU WANT TO TRADE! Good thing I got my Muddy Sfeguard in camo, I might have to wear the birthday suit and my harness into the stand! :D :D :D
GFY, to answer your question... yes, the deer will still move all day in those temps. You have to think that until 1pm it's still going to be in the 50's which isn't really that warm. When there are does in estrous... there will be bucks on their feet. Get out there!!!
. Please, for the sake of the woodland creatures..................DON'T:D. It suppose to be in the mid 80's around here so I feel your pain
Glad someone spoke up. Thanks. That makes me feel a little better. Either way, I'm going AND hunting from dawn to dusk. No reason to get out of my stand. I'm going to live there all weekend short of driving home to sleep. I'm just a little disappointed. I was hoping for some crisp cold days this weekend. Please mother nature. I know you have been generous already this year, but I need one more chance!!
