While this is a tragic story it does shed light on a similar issue across the Nation. "Stricter car laws." We need to take measures that pervents voilent people from driving cars. Every mayor of the city of St Louis has been a complete buffoon as far back as I can remember. However, the city folks just keep voting these morons in, one after another.
