While this is a tragic story it does shed light on a similar issue across the Nation. "Stricter car laws." We need to take measures that pervents voilent people from driving cars. It shouldn't be so easy for just anyone to go purchase a car. If there was some sort of screening the people prior to them getting thier hands on a car this whole situation could have been avoided. http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/...cle_eb48ed86-eb01-11e1-aab0-0019bb30f31a.html the reason this is a hot topic to me and STL is because the Mayor made some comments about the murder of SLU womens volley ball ex-player and link it tighter gun control laws. Really???? http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/...cle_5ba68fde-3d45-5164-a756-f4a5f4ac6fbc.html The Mayor is clearly blaming gun control laws on the murder. I love the comment on this link. one guys say's ""Slay, in response to Saturday's killing and recent gun violence in the city and across the country, says he hopes people will start pushing for tougher federal gun laws." That will help, because criminals follow the law! We should have a law that makes it illegal to murder. That should prevent all these senseless murders from happening. My prayers and condolences to the family and friends of the victim. So tragic..... And to Mayor Slay, how about tougher punishments on violent offenders? It's not the guns, its the people of St Louis. Do SOMETHING."" This should be on a bumper sticker. We are all ****!
Every mayor of the city of St Louis has been a complete buffoon as far back as I can remember. However, the city folks just keep voting these morons in, one after another.
