    Hey Gary,I know you were close.I have seen many threads and heard you mention him many times.You were lucky to have such a friend/grandad/hunting partner.

    Germ, I don't post much for many reasons but I consider you a good friend. I loved reading the stories of your grandfather as well as talking with you on the phone about him. I too am deeply sorry for your loss. Always keep him in your thoughts and in your heart and you'll never be without him. God Bless.

    Germ, so sorry for your loss. I lost both my granddads when I was in my early teens but to this day the lessons they taught me and memories of them are as fresh as ever. There is something about the old school, I'm not sure how to articulate it, but I hope to become half the man that my grandpas were.
