My girlfriend just got taken back for surgery. She has to have her apendix (Not sure if that is spelt right) and galbladder taken out. I know its not a major surgery but it is still scary!!!!! All the things that could happen are running threw my head and it scares me to death!!!!!! If you all could keep us in your thoughts and prayers we would greatly appreciate them!!!! Prayers sent. Stay positive! I know it is hard when you are going through the situation, but it will be good for you and your girlfriend to not even go there with your thoughts. She will do great! Keep us posted.
Thanks for keeping us in your thoughts everyone!! Just got word from the surgen and everything went well, it took a little longer then expected but she did good and is in recovery now!! You never realize how much you care for someone till they are in pain and then that's when you realize how much they mean!! I won't be happy till I can hold her hand again and kiss her forehead but that won't be to much longer!! Thanks again everyone for your thoughts and prayers!!!

Glad to hear all went well. Those surgeries are pretty common-place, but still scary when it's a loved one as "complications" do happen.
Glad all went well. Surgery is always scary. My eldest brother died during a tonsilectomy and my Mom died having a compound fracture reset. I don't like hospitals.
