Im still going crazy here trying to find out info on this buck that was supposed to be taken in wayne illinois. They said a guy named dean ashton shot it and that it beats the hanson buck. I really want to find a pic or any info anyone can get please.

not saying that info is false... because I dont know, but if it beat Milo's buck you wouldn't "still" be looking for it... It would be everywhere. I think this is the second or third "new world record" i have heard of this year alone haha

Dean did shoot a big deer but I don't think it was that big. There was a huge typical 12 in the 180-190 range in an area he hunts from what I heard. I know a guy that hunts a bordering property to him that saw a monster that they were both hunting. If that is the spot it isn't Wayne but it is close to the town of Wayne. I know if it was in the town of Wayne that there are some monsters there as well.

If you go through the pictures on this link there is a picture of a 12 that Dean killed, not sure if it is the buck in question. If it is Milo is safe.

I will find out if it was Wayne County due to that I shotgun hunt a buddies property there. My buddy lives down there and would know for sure. Here are my Wayne County Deer!

He might have shot another. I know someone that got a text from him with the buck and I think it is the one in the Album that I posted but he has some good ground. The Cabela's over there also stirs some tall talk from time to time and scores inflate;)
