Needing 4-5 members on 800 acre lease in Wayne county, Illinois. $1700 per person. I'm a member on another lease down the road n picked up this lease this winter. I'm dealing directly with the landowner/farmer no outfitter here. Lease also has a 30x40 building that is almost livable. Has power, running water n tons of storage space.
