Not sure what my dog got into, but he stinks! and so does his collar. After three washes I got his stank off, but not sure about the collar, its been soaking in hot dish soap for an hour and its still just as ripe. Any tips on how to get rid of the stink? I know the first answer is gonna be toss it and throw it away, which i pry will, but before i do that id like to try and get it out lol.

What kind of collar is it? Is it one made out of nylon that absorbs water? We use a collar that has like an almost plastic coating to it to prevent that similar to what shock collars are made out of. I think it might be called dura-lon?
