It is, for sure. My husband got his first banded bird this season - and it was cool looking up the information. Did you make the background out of stained pallet wood?
Yupp, just broke apart a pallet and cut off the nails so that the heads were still in it (I like that look personally) and then stained it to my liking. I couldn't decide between barbed wire and jute but ended up liking the looks of jute better so tied that on each end and used the little close pins to hold the pictures. Was going to stain the close pins as well but like them sticking out from the background. Next step is to paint the walls. I hate white paint!
