Our early goose isn't til October... Stupid. Teal start tomorrow and we got a good amount using a few spots. Should be a good opener.

You're more mad at them than I am if you have to get up at 2:45! Good luck.

Had a very good morning . 18 birds total. I shot 5 father shot 5 and are other buddies got 4 each. 2 birds shy of our limit.

It probably will be the last day for me, for this early season. Might get out next Saturday but I doubt it.[IMG][IMG]

    Congrats.

I've been waterfowl hunting since I was 8. I'm 31 y/o now and I've only shot 1 banded bird. My father has gotten a dozen since I've been hunting.

Managed around 200 geese early season for the group. The past three days of duck with monday being the opener we have gotten around 70. Shaping up to be the best season I've ever experienced! I'll try to get some pics up later.

I got all my tags - haven't been out though. Been having a small flock of geese on my pond in the early morning hours. It's bow season starting Saturday - but our duck season opens the end of the month - I will be trying that, for sure.

Slow early season with zero silage fields in the area cut during that season. Now we wait until Octorber 11th before it opens back up again.

Nice man! Have a safe trip and post up plenty of pics.

I don't leave for Maryland until the middle of December.
Hoping to follow that up with a first of the year trip to Arkansas.

Well when we left home it was close to 90 and today in ND the high was 42 with a 20-30 NW wind. We FROZE. Low in the morning is supposed to be in the mid 20's. Watched some holes fill up with birds during the day with this front. Hope they stay over night we've got some spots lined up that are LOADED.
