I have never had any problems, actually, my fiance just ordered a ladder stand last week and it arrived 3 days after the order was placed.
I have never had any issues with them. Actually they seem to be about the fastest mail order company I have ever delt with. I have been a club member with them for about 6 years now and no complaints here.
Never a problem. My wife buys most of my birthday, anniversary, etc. gifts from there and never once has there been a problem. Been doing business with them for years. However, I have instructed my wife to shop right here in the future
Even though I don't order a bunch through them (mostly Cabelas), when I have, i've had quick shipping and good service. Hopefully it stays that way!
Love them and have ordered from them many times. The membership fee is next to nothing and if you order from them regularily the money you save will pay for that and then some. Often the products say there will be extra shipping for heavy/bulky items but rarely have I actually been charged extra. Plus they have sent me more that $100 in coupons in the past 6 months, some for products and others for free shipping or money off of shipping.

They were actually my favorite place to order from. Cheapest prices, fast shipping, and no BS. I had a order of 6 gallons of scent spray damaged in shipment and returned to the factory. They express 2 day shipped the replacement order free of charge to compensate me for the wait. That's a company that cares.
Never had a problem with them. In fact I just recieved an order from them today that I ordered Sunday. Their heavy wieght 10oz poly fleece thermals are an awesome deal. Nice and toasty! Don't waste your money on a membership unless you plan to spend A LOT of money.
I've ordered boots and stuff from them, nothing big that requires special shipping though, never had a problem.
The best deal you can get is to make a VERY large order the first time you buy the membership. I got the membership for free this way. $30 membership but saved $15 instantly on purchase (several treestands/ladders) and another $15 on the shipping charges. I now have two $10 coupons to use and the membership savings for the next 340ish days. Well worth it this way.
I like them . I've bought climbing sticks and a hang on, (heavy but well built and cheap) and some judo points and a stand backpack.. That being said, I also ordered a range finder that ended up being back ordered twice,but I canceled it no sweat. For me the "club" was worth it as it paid for shipping on my first order, and included two $10 coupons.
