So I have never exactly been a huge fan of Walmart, it is what it is..... We live many miles from the nearest one or anything close to one. I have been doing quite a bit of this years Christmas shopping online as I despise retail stores in general. Long story short I ordered two fairly high priority gifts online from Walmart on the 3rd of Dec. My order appeared to go through, the money was deducted from my account the next day, yet my order still hasn't arrived, IT HASN"T EVEN SHIPPED. I have called the so called customer service numerous times and was told my order "timed out" they supposedly sent my info to the logistics and fulfillment dept who were to contact me within 48 hrs... nothing. I have spent over 6 hrs on the phone with their bs service center and no answers (on hold as I type this) every time I ask for a manager they hang up on me. Son of a.......

I'm not much of a fan of them myself and probably don't go to a Walmart but about once a year anymore. It would suck ordering someone's Christmas gift and get the runaround this time of year not knowing if it will be here by the 25th or not. Hope it works out for ya brother.

mother fers just hung up on me again. WTF?? What kind of company has customer service reps that can do that crap??

Rep answers... asks my name. I give name, she ask what she can do for me, I ask to speak to her manager... Dial tone...

From the 2 times I have spoken to a superior so far they seem to be the only ones with half a clue. The other folks are reading a script of answers.

    Total joke.

and it wasn't just some ones Christmas gift... it was the top item for my two oldest kids. They both wanted bows and I finally convinced my wife. I shopped around, local pro shop, Cabelas, Amazon, Ebay, ordered the same bows through Walmart to save a whopping $10 each mother fer I'd pay an extra 50 to get em now. They don't even carry them in store, I never knew Walmart sold so much crap online that they don't really carry or at least they say they sell it.... take your money anyway

I ordered online from Wally World once. The item was supposed to arrive in 3 days and it took 3 weeks. And then, it was broken when it arrived. I quit shopping with them then.

I ordered something from Cabela's and they took the money immediately. Within a short time (a couple hours), I realized that the ad was misleading and I cancelled the whole order. Still haven't gotten my money back and they say it can take up to 30 days to do so.

There is no customer service anymore!

I have never ordered from Wally World online by my wife has. OMG, it was the MOST awful experience I have seen one woman endure. It took a month to get it...and it was the wrong thing they shipped. Wal-Mart SUCKS online...I feel bad for you and know how you feel. My wife was so pissed off. Their an absolute joke for online.

I tried to return a gift i received from walmart once in exchange for money and was told that because it was over $25 they could only exchange it for the same item. I said no problem, just give me instore credit, nope, same item only. I was directed to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper hanging behind the customer service counter stating this policy...which you could only read if you were behind the counter. I went home, printed walmart's return policies from the web which stated otherwise and returned to the store. They held firm so I asked for a manager. The young girl called the manager and he told her he was busy, i asked again, she called again and he again said he was busy and wouldn't come to the front. Now I'm getting upset and the clerk is starting to get teary eyed. I tell the 16 or 17 year old girl behind the counter that I'm sorry I'm getting upset, its not her fault and her manager should be ashamed of himself for leaving her alone to handle it herself. I'm not leaving until they adhere to their publicly posted policy, not some paper on the back wall. I ask for him again, no answer, again and I tell her I want him to come up, he refuses and tells her to just give me my money. I told the girl I was sorry and that her manager should be ashamed he did this to her. She thanked me and I went on my way and have not been back since. Terrible company

We have shopped at Walmart for years and years and never had a problem returning anything. With that said... I would be leary of ordering something on line from them. They are just too big and I could see it being a hassle.
