Just added a new wallpaper for the lock screen on my iPhone... This was the only one I could make fit in the phone's portrait layout.
Really nice. I just got a I phone based on some of the comments on this site. Ok Fitz I have to ask. How do you do that?
OK, here goes. -Find a photo using Safari. I used BH.com -->http://www.bowhunting.com/pages/hunting-resources/bowhunting-wallpapers -once you find the one you want touch and hold over the photo. -two options will pop up. choose Save image, this saves it to your camera roll. -open your camera roll and bring up the photo you'd like to use - tap the screen once to bring up your menu options. along the bottom theres a trash can, a triange to play slideshow, and the share icon (box with arrow through it) tap the share button -the list that pops up has "use as Wallpaper", choose that -pinch to zoom and fit the photo how you'd like, hit 'set' -you can choose to set it as you 'lock screen', 'home screen' or both Presto, you are awsome
you know, i have owned an iphone since the 3g came out, and i have never thought to go to a webpage and save a picture to use for the lock screen or home screen.you sir get a big you can also do screen shots, if you ever had something you couldnt save for some reason.
