Finally got caught up last night. An't believe the midseason finale is already coming Sunday. Then again hard to believe we're 3/4 of the way through the NFL season. Maggie being pregnant, Glen is alive, Carol about to go mid-evil on Morgan(or the other way around), Ron stalking Carl with a loaded gun, Alexandria walls breeched by walkers, Judith once again in the car if someone outside the core group during a collapse So many places to go, and only an hour left to get us part way there. No one was surprised about Glen, and I think the writers attempt at trying to make the viewing audience suffer the unknown fate as if they were a part of the group failed miserably. It was obvious from his lack of appearance on Talking Dead. I hope that is the last time they pruposely try to dupe us.
I didn't watch the latest episode but I recall seeing a pic of him laying near that dumpster and there clearly wasn't enough room in that pic for a person to crawl under it, lol. I think he gets killed in the comic book by an upcoming character but no idea if they'll actually do that or not.
I really hated the cheesy way they saved Glen. Nobody has made it out of something like that since the very beginning. They also skipped a big part of Rick being surrounded by zombies in a broken down camper? All that was showed was him running to the gate. If this was any other show, this would be the end. But I love zombies so I'll continue to watch. Someone big has to die soon and looks like a big name character reveal is about to happen.
Maybe Glen dies in the next episode. That would certainly be a new twist and just to keep it interesting. :p Just when you thought he was safe....
Someone has to die this week, my guess is Michone(sp?). I don't think they'll risk killing Rick, Daryll or Carol.
That would be cool but he just signed a new 2 year contract so if they do it they are going to have to pay him:/
Still think Darryl is the next. The man lost his signature weapon! I don't see any of the main group dying during the wall collapse.
I think it's gonna be michonne or Carl but ya never know? And a lot of the alexandria people will be dead and the core group will be like that old Willie Nelson song.....
I hope Carl gets it. He really annoys me not to mention he looks like a complete goofball. The hat has to go!
Got caught up last night after two weeks of hunting late on Sundays and not making it back for the show. Got both those episodes watched before the midseason finale. And Yes I was correct about Glen from the beginning. Future prediction. Jessie little baby brat is going to get her killed by crying as they try to escape the horde within the walls. And Tara is going to get going after her new girlyfriend either, not sure if by walkers or the W creep.
I think the kid is going to get eaten and she is just going to let it happen because she knows that he won't make it out in the real world. And I think Carol is going to kill Morgan.....but this new bad dude is going to worse than the Governor and going to take out quite a few people.
if anyone read the comic much you already know exactly why they had to keep glenn alive. and glenn will be the next major character to die. without giving away to much, the new character the talked about in the preview puts the governor to shame in his ruthlessness, and he's not some idiot, dude is a smart and evil bastard that is as vicious as he is cold and calculating.
Tired of the cliff hangers. It's okay once in awhile but they're a little carried away. Showing who got their head bashed in wouldn't have done any damage to the fan base.
Really is a good show...has had good and less good seasons but as a whole it is awesome. I watch it for the most part a year behind...but have been known to use the per episode purchase option on Amazon Fire.
I stopped watching it, just got tired of it. Got sick of the dragging drama like days of our lives with zombies, nothing ever gained and stupid things just making it impossible to keep up suspension of disbelief. How long could dead bodies not just fall apart, always hot...blah...just no thanks, I'd rather be baiting.
