Wow, no slow start by any means! Fear the Walking Dead will never hold a candle to the original torch.
It was definitely a little different start. Moving the "herd" seemed to be working too well and then it all broke loose. Next week looks like it'll be good
Wasn't expecting them to kill off the guy they did. From the lead up it looked like he was going to be a new regular for the year. I wasn't a fan of the black and white even though I understand why they did it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It was ok. It wasn't slow but nothing really happened until the cliff-hanger at the end. All that buildup of that guy trying to overthrow Rick and he's already dead. I thought he might defect and then go to the Wolves and try to help them overthrow the community. It looks like they are setting up the season to eliminate the threat of walkers and shift toward a Community vs. Wolves (whatever/whoever they are).
I loved the B & W flashbacks, they should do it more often. As for the show, I think everyone expected something to go wrong. I think the Wolves sounded the horn or the people in Alexandria sounded the horn because they're getting attacked by the Wolves. Either way, one of the known characters will die like the other guy that ran into the wolves.
When the show first started, I thought we were seeing a snapshot of the mid season finale. Thought they were organizing an attack on the wolves, then it would jump back in time and the first half of the season would lead back to that point. When it first switched to black and white I didn't think much of it, but when it changed scenes a couple times and stayed black and white I have to admit I was panicking something happened to my TV
We got home late from our hunt down in Ohio only to find that our DVR had not recorded it. So we started taping and watching at about 9pm. Wasn't sure what was wrong with my TV for a moment with the black and white LOL but quickly figured out what was going on. Set it to tape later that night and it still didn't!! Time to get the damn soap operas off of there I said! Will catch up tomorrow night as it's set to record in the morning LOL. Good stuff up to the end!!
Tonight was a good one, will be interesting if the wolves come back or if the group goes after them. Carol kicked some *** and that's always awesome.
It was indeed a good one. So glad we DVR it. Although its a shame that you can start 30 min. behind and still pretty much catch back up. They have ruined it with commercials. :p
That one was incredible!! I agree, is it me or does it seem like less show and MORE commercials this year?? Maybe it's just my anticipation for the next part. I got spoiled when I first got into the show, was after season 3 and I was able to get caught up on Netflix.....Zero commercials LOL!
It has seriously increased commercials each season. Last nights episode was good. Awesome action but it really didn't further the story or plot at all. I love the show and have been watching it from the original episode. The Fear the Walking Dead new show I think is terrible.

I'm going to lose some interest if Glenn survives. There's no way he's making it out of that situation without a bite or two. It's going to take some good writing to convince me he could've made it out alive. I fear for Darryl's life. He's seen as an untouchable but you just never know. Seems like they have been slowly fading him out. My guess is he dies saving Rick from the camper situation.
