Again, i ask who do you think won.

I thought Biden was arrogant and rude but i turned to my my wife and said it is pretty much a draw. Not changing minds of voters and speaking to their respective bases.

Most news media is saying draw as well but an early poll on cnn showed ryan won which i found surprising.

We'll see in the next couple days.

Didn't watch it yet but I know Biden is an SOB.
Glad to hear Ryan held his own to that career politician.

I respect Biden. I disagree with him most of the time. Including the way he acted tonight.

I don't question his motives for the country for the most part. However,I do question Obama's motives.

After President Obama came across as being so rude and childish in the first debate I was shocked to see Biden do the same thing. I would have thought someone in the campaign would have had the smarts to not let that happen again. It really is a big turn-off for a lot of people. Being smug is just not a quality I care for in a candidate. I thought it was largely a toss-up.

IMO the way Biden acted was not acceptable for anyone, let alone a Vice Presidential Debate.

I didn't think Ryan crushed it - but he didn't cut his own throat which is a plus.

This was my take as well.

No substance was gained from the debate as they just took turns calling each other liars and referencing "studies". I was just shocked that the campaign for Obamas camp didn't discuss coming across less arrogant and more respectful this go around.

I think that is what their base wants.

Imo the so called undecideds don't.

What do our resident liberals have to say?

Biden made Ryan look like Goober off Andy of Mayberry. CBS had it 50 for Biden to 30something for Goober, and Ryan is a SOB!

Do people not associate Goober and Robme with a 7% republican congress approval rate? You can send them to school, you just cant make them think.

Did Biden create a BH.com account?! The name calling is eerily similar to the debate itself.

Let's not be childish and try to discuss the actual problems we face. If our current Prez and VP would try this we could get somewhere.

This type of response seems to be defining todays liberals. From top to bottom.

I dont think anyone is really voting for the vice president. Obama is the one that clearly needs to step up his debate skills and lose the attitude or he will get retired in Nov.

It was pretty obvious who she'll be voting for.

    You A Mod Now?

Well you must have missed this
Anyone over 21 would know it was a poke in fun back at Afflicted.

I can see how important it is being your first election and all.

What you would like is somthing one sided.

LOL, just keep running with it my man. You yet again are perpetuating the debate verbatim (A cranky old man being condescending to a polite younger man).

I wasn't referring to SOB, the childish parts are Robme and Gober and the likes. It's silly and misdirecting from the topic.

A one sided debate isn't what I would like at all, though it was what I received tonight.

Sliverflicker, i respect you as well but that number contradicts numbers i see from liberal media coverage. As well as what i watched

I think CNN is pretty liberal and they said draw. It was their poll that said ryan won by a narrow margin.

I think Bidens arrogance hurt the dem ticket. But time will tell.

CNN is hardly liberal T, hell it's where Glen Beck was spawned. Check CBS.

I think the tax part went to Biden. Ryan, like Romney, avoiding specifics. To me, that's scary. Asked point blank "Do you have specifics", "Can you guarantee" mortgage deduction won't go away... Ryan diverts.

I found Biden to be assertive, even aggressive at times (in a good way). He came to fight, and I thought it was important that he did so. Though I thought it was a debate that was ultimately won by Biden, I thought Ryan made a few good points. I thought Ryan looked smug.
