i just bought a string suppressor and im trying to find the way to make my bow the most quiet. what would be a good way to test the volume of my bow?? i plan to try it with it on, off, with stabilizer, without, with one turn out, 2 turn, etc. it all sounds the same to me, either im deaf or the suppressor didnt make it quieter :( either way my bow is still loud, i think. any help is appreciated!

it should be about a credit card's thickness away from the string. you can use string silencers in conjunction, limb saver dampners on the limb, and I put the limb save split limb dampners inside the void space on my riser ( 1 at the top, 1 at the bottom)
Now it's dead quiet. no shock, vibration at all.
