I got this idea from another hunting site and thought it might end up being a fun thread for Bowhunting.com. It reminds me of the "Days of Yore" photos from Pennsylvania Game News magazine. Here's a pic of me with a few does that we killed during "doe season" in Bradford county back in 1977. That F150 was my very first new truck!

Also, I included a pic of the cabin we rented each deer season. Those 3 doe are hanging from the maple tree. It was called Cobblestone Camp, and it was on Millstone Rd just before you get to State Game Lands #36. I guess it's still there, I haven't been up there in 30 years. I'm looking forward to seeing some neat pics!!

I neglected to mention, to the right of the cabin you'll see some vines, they're growing on the out house that we used. Try taking care of business while you have mice running around the rafters above you. lol

Cool pics! I remember those trikes. They made them illegal to sell after too many folks were flipping them.

My dad with his first deer, killed at first light on the first morning of the first archery hunt in Kentucky. It is supposedly the first bow kill in Kentucky, but no positive way to prove it. Shot with a bow he bought the day before, lol. Wearing his high school letterman's sweater no less.

Pics of my dad from the 80's. AZ rifle mule deer and a desert whitetail shed.

Sorry, the 80's are vintage for me...

Worked on this image for a customer a while ago. Came from a logging camp up north somewhere. Those are bundles of shingles the deer are hanging on! Pretty cool old photo002.jpg
