How many of you guys actually video your own hunts? Do they turn out pretty well or do you end up with more footage of the ground than you do of the game? I'm considering doing this, but I don't know. I'd love to find some cheap equipment but who knows. Any advice for us beginners who want to get into the habit of recording those special moments for future posterity or humiliation in front of the family on the holidays?!

Stick with a tipical camcorder. I have a Moultrie Re-Action cam that I used a little this year and I don't like the set up. The camera itself was of good quality and took decent video but aiming it when mounted on the brim of your hat is best left to shooting a crossbow or a rifle. If using a compound, the riser and limb is in the way, even when you cock the camera to one side .
