For you that film and edit your hunts what kind of editing software do you use? I bought the Campbell's editing software but it just doesn't have as many features that I would like.

I use power director 10. I am not very experienced at all when it comes to editing but I have power director 8 and Campbell's software also and I love power director 10. It has any feature I would ever use.

Any idea to what power director runs for ?

Ya I bought the Campbell's one ad made a YouTube account an u can pretty much do the same things on YouTube to edit your video. It's not bad if u just wanna cut an edit some things in but not good enough for the features I would like to have in my videos.

I'm assuming fieldarcher is the screen name for someone on here?

I do basic editing and have really liked Pinnacle Studios. I am running an older version but it has a ton of great features and is pretty simple to use. And it is priced well.

Isn't adobe pretty pricy? Or is it relatively reasonable?

newer versions of abobe are pretty expensive but with an editing program you get exactly what you pay for for example if youve ever used adobe DONT buy roxio you simply will not be satisfied!

I think power director ran me somewhere around 80 dollars. I like it a lot and does everything I need it slows down and I don't know about speeding up.

I know I can do slow motion with Pinnacle. I do not believe my older version does color correction but I am not positive about that. And I know several released have come out since I got my version so it is very possible the newer versions have it if mine doesn't. I would have to do some checkign to find out.

Well I was able to play with it for a hour yesterday seems pretty nice u can do split screen, speed up and slow down and a few other features should be pretty good once I get use to it a Lil more. You can go to the website and download a 30 day trial for free and then it's somewhere around a hundred for the program.
Ill keep u up to date about it the more I play around with it. JZ gave me the lead to it so it should be good assuming he knows what he's talking about
