    Hey guys had a question about editing footage for a video. For you guys that , film your hunts and then make videos to sell to the public, do you do your own editing or do you have it professionally done?..Im from southern illinois and at the end of this years hunting season im going to be in need of some footage edited for a video to sell. Any help is appreciated

    Just buy a program. I believe good ones run about $70-100 U.S.

    Having someone professionally edit a video can get VERY expensive. I am a graphic designer by trade and shooting and editing video is part of what I do.

    The best advice I could give you would be to learn it yourself or partner with someone who knows how.

    For posting a video on youtube just chopping and slicing video is fine. DVD production quality is another story.

    and Buy a Macbook Pro and use IMovie. This way you end up paying yourself when your done with a Nice laptop and another Skill.
