I'm looking for a new camera to start filming hunts what brand, style, 4k or HD. Looking in midrange under 3000 dollars. Any suggestions

What are your intentions? Filming for you? Uploading to Youtube? Do you hunt an established area or you packing in and out every time? etc. 3000k budget is plenty to buy a good camera, camera arms, fluid head, tripod, etc.

Look at a Canon XA20 for HD or a Sony FDRAX53 (this was my personal choice) for a 4K. Fourth arm camera arms are amazing. Rode external mic and good Lanc. Manfrotto arm and head and you are good.
