Same Here Hay; New to the forum; but when I saw that I was not the only that verizon had given BAD service to I had to respond. Had been a customer with them for years only to find out that they charged me the full amount for early cancellation fee which i only had 1 month left. I know now that I should have waited 1 month; but assumed that they would pro rate it. They were sorry for my bad luck; but expected the payment anyway. I payed it. Will use 2 cans and a wire before EVER using verizon again. My 2 cents.
Buy you wouldn't use them again. Although they did nothing wrong... Cell phone companies are like oil and gas companies. No matter what, we will give in to them. Have to.
I am just going to go to the Verizon store and do stuff face to face. I have never had a problem dealing with the staff in the Verizon retail locations. My call service is great and I have never had a problem. Every issue I have had has been with Verizon staff on the phone. I don't know if it is just poor training or what but I will NEVER call customer service again. Ill only do things face to face. I may have been slightly more prone to being ticked off yesterday due to this happening just prior to my moms funeral. Overall I have been very pleased with my service just not the over the phone Customer service.
Quess so; felt they should have only charged me for the month left in the contract instead of the full 24 months. water under the bridge now.
Me either...have alot of friends with other Companys who are actually having trouble with their plans....etc..and looking into Verizon....guess it's just like DirecTV and all the others...never have had issues with them either but yet you hear people complaining all the time bout them as well....case by case situations I guess
As a wireless provider, I have no qualms. As the ONLY option for a landline and high speed internet, they have ya and they know it. Took 9 weeks to get me a landline and 15 to get me an answer as to why they couldn't get me high speed. The details would astonish you.
