My wife made some venison ravioli. It's a great way to use venison a little differently. Just take some finely chopped bacon, a slice maybe more depending on the amount of venison used. Render it in a pan and then toss in about a ½ pund finely ground venison, cook a bit and then toos in about ½ cup caramelized onions. That is what you would use for the inside of the ravioli. Then make some pasta and start making the ravioli. Use a good, basic marinara and you have an awesome meal.

LOL, I didn't think of pics until I was posting and then I thought it would be cool to show a kind of "build along". I'll do that the next time. We are going to make venison enchiladas this week and, if I'm home, I'll take some pics of that. The only pics I can get of the ravioli, at this point, won't be until tomorrow sometime, and then, I am not to sure any one would want to see them LMAO  :D .
