Venison processing time

    I guess I asked about this a day too soon! They called just before noon today saying it's done.

    I didn't expect it in a day or two. I didn't expect it in a week either. Just when we go in with family to have it done or when ever my brother brings meat it, it is more closer to 2 weeks on the turn around time. So I was curious as to how long others wait being this is our first time bringing in our meat ourselves.

    The place we brought it into is in a real small town so I honestly don't know how much different stuff the butcher does.

    Never knew the chunked meat took longer. When ever I bring meat in to be ground into burger, they always said chunked was quicker being they could just toss it in the grinder that way, just figured it would be the same for any other product you have your venison made into.

    Definitely have enough to share! Pretty sure any one that comes to visit will leave with a package of sticks, lol!
