I made a venison meatloaf last night that was REALLY good. Here is the recipe: 2 pounds venison burger, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup A1, 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix, 3/4 cup crushed croutons, fresh black pepper and blue cheese crumbles. I combined all ingredients except the blue cheese crumbles and mixed well. Then I took half and made a big meatball and filled half of the meatloaf pan, then I added the blue cheese crumbles and mixed them in. I made another big meatball and filled the other side of the meat loaf pan. I then poured a little bit of A1 over the top and baked for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This was probably the best meatloaf I have ever had. I only did half with the blue cheese because I didnt think my kids would like it that way.
i have done this before and turns out great! your recipe sounds a lot better than mine!!!!! did mine on the grill, indirect heat and a little smoke...
