I asked how many have had it made. I know a lot of people who make different sausage but do not know anyone that makes bacon.
Shouldn't be too hard to make, even if you don't have access to a slicer you can form in semi freeze it and then slice it by hand.
I had it for the first time a few years ago. A friend of mine had some made at butcher shop. Worth looking into how to make the stuff is awesome.
