Venison, bacon, and a cold bud light!

    Just got done eatn the famous venison backstrap, wrapped in bacon with garlic and pepper. We cook this on the grill 1 time a week. This is a great way to eat venison on the grill. Also, my 2 yr old daughter is loving venison. I love watching her enjoy the meat from the hunt.

    That's awesome! I love back straps on the grill!I have a 2 year old girl too and lately she keeps asking me for a pink bow.I think I mite just have to make her a pretend one!

    bushnlo - the only problem with the pretend one, is that our kids see us shoot the real thing and I wouldnt be suprised if they new it wasnt the real deal. haha

    My Daughter (now 4 years old) and I have loin steak and eggs at least once a week. She loves it!

    All I've got is the cold bud lights right now :(. I grilled out last night with some friends to go and look in the freezer only to realize that I left all my deer chops and backstrap at home in the freezer. For now I guess the cold bud lights will do :D

    Whoa....ease up cowboy. Venison is good, but not that good. :)

    I'm with you. Except they don't sell Yeungling in Ohio :(

    I had to settle for sheepshead caught off HHI, breaded and baked, topped with homemade speghetti sauce and parmesan cheese served over pasta.
