Yesterday i saw two bucks up around my feeder a 6 and a tall 8. the 6 had velvet hanging off his horns and the 8 was still full. Are the bucks starting to rub it off? Whats the latest time yal think too get your tree stands out? Whats yals input on using a decoy?

I dont know if these are the first deer in our area to shed, but they are the first ones I have gotten on film. So the one this year is about 1 week earlier then last year.

Right before I sit in it...anytime is a good time to put up a tree stand

I have used buck decoys with some success during the pre-rut/rut phases
